One Simple Salmon Delightful Meal

Now, as seen in the pictures, remember to remove the stickers and put down the martini or glass of wine until dinner is done.

The above gives you the play by play. It’s so simple. See the ingredients’, that’s all you need to make this meal.

Salmon, one for each person. Diced red onions mixed with minced garlic, butter a bit of some pepper and lemons’ to top,

An oven at 425 degrees. Layer it and place it covered in the oven. About 25 minutes.

Now the asparagus. Wash very well.  Cut or not cut, that’s up to you. The above pictures are uncut. On a non greased cookie sheet. Using a paper towel, lightly spreading Crisco on the sheet. A dab of butter on each layer of the asparagus. Lightly drizzle balsamic vinegar over all of the asparagus. Cover with tin foil so that it steams.

Add it to the oven for about 20 minutes. The smell alone will tell you when it’s done but, always check the Salmon with a fork. If it falls apart, it’s done. If the asparagus is slightly soft but still crisp, it’s done.
